Job description
- Design end-to-end architecture for Amazon Connect implementations, including call flows, routing logic, and customer experience journeys.
- Define and implement integration strategies with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex) and external systems (CRM platforms, APIs).
- Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for stakeholders during design and delivery phases.
- Ensure security, compliance, and adherence to AWS best practices and organizational standards.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and technical specifications.

Requirements
- Proven expertise in Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations; event-driven & serverless architectures.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as AWS Well-Architected or TOGAF.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Proven expertise in delivering AI-embedded solutions
- Knowledge of AI/ML services for conversational interfaces (e.g., Amazon Lex).
- Background in telephony systems and omnichannel customer experience.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools.
