IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager

Our client, a major Belgian Health Insurance company, is looking for its new INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS MANAGER

As IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager, you are in charge of providing secured, and reusable IT platforms (cloud, DevSecOps, identity, monitoring, etc.) supporting our client's digital transformation.

You are part of the company IT Management Team.

Some of your responsibilities are:

• Platform Architecture Leadership
• Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy
• Technical Ecosystem orchestration
• Platform product vision
• Platform Service delivery management
• DevSecOps enablement
• Technology Talent development

• 15 or more years of experience in IT
• 10 years of progressive leadership responsibilities
• Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, influencing key stakeholders, across the organization and within complex contexts
• Demonstrated experience in establishing standard processes and managing performance to achieve key metrics
• Proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT operations teams in complex and dynamic environments requiring 24/7 support

You speaks fluently French and Dutch (+ Good practice of English)
