What we are looking for

• You have 2 - 5 years of working experience within a consulting firm, industry, or governmental organization

• You have a degree in Data, AI or IT Engineering or in a strong relevant technical experience

• You have full working proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English

• Ability to effectively work across all phases of the project lifecycle

• Experience with Data Governance Frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK or COBIT

• Very good knowledge of Enterprise Data Architecture & Metadata Management

• Understanding of Data Profiling, Cleansing and Validation Techniques

• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms like Microsoft Intune, Informatica MDM or SAP MDG

• Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance and Data Privacy

• Good understanding of data modelling, integration and data architecture

• Strong communication skills, as well as excellent prioritization capabilities, problem-solving skills and you strive on interpersonal relationship building

• You have experience in functional and technical design within Data and AI projects

• Ideally, you have experience with:

• analyzing systems and procedures , process design and modelling, and documenting 'As Is' and 'To Be' assessments for a Target Operating Model

• conducting workshops and interviews

• stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs

• delivery of large-scale business/technology programs
