Manager - ERP Enabled Transformation - FSI

You support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Financial Services Industry from strategy definition to implementation by:

• Having quality discussions with clients at C-suite level, demonstrating creativity combined with strong industry knowledge;

• Proving our clients a forward-looking view of the most important strategic finance topics affecting them and define the right set of initiatives and projects to execute upon this strategy;

• Delivery of engagements, liaising with stakeholders, and directing activities of people on the project team. Key areas may include Finance strategy, Operating models, Finance processes and ERP implementations;

• Playing an active role in business development activities in order to grow our Financial Services industry offering based on your knowledge of the Belgian Market;

• Shaping the 'Finance Transformation FSI team', leveraging skills and capabilities from across Deloitte Consulting;

• Leverage your superb skills and remarkable business sense to assist the wider team in business development and sales activities in Finance across FSI accounts., Fostering Finance efficiency and effectiveness through your organization & operations excellence. "Core" Global Business Services: We help Finance and Business leaders improve their organization and processes efficiency by setting up shared services centres. From strategy & design phases to implementation & benefits realization follow-up, we support all phases of a SSC implementation. Finance Target Operating Models: We help Finance leaders reflect on how to best upgrade their operating models to efficiently and effectively anticipate the evolution of their business and stay ahead of competition. Finance Operations Excellence: We help Finance leaders rethink the way O2C and P2P are delivered, making the most out of cutting-edge automation technologies to boost efficiency and user & customer experience. • Minimum 6 years relevant professional experience in a consulting firm or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry experience;
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian Financial Services Industry, experienced in Banking or Insurance, and an understanding of the key factors to address within the Finance Function;
• Network within the Finance Services industry;
• Expertise in processes, technologies (e.g. SAP) and operating models focusing on the Finance Function. Expertise in Accounting systems and/or the overall closing process is seen as a plus.
