Job description
As a DevOps Engineer, you play a crucial role in bridging the gap between (embedded) software development and operations. Your main focus is to enhance software delivery through automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ensuring it is faster and more reliable.

- CI/CD Pipeline Setup and Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating the build, testing, and deployment of software.
- Infrastructure management: Use infrastructure-as-code tools to provision and manage test and development environments.
- Automation of Build and Test Systems: Automate build processes for various platforms and integrate testing at every development stage.
- Security and Compliance: Incorporate security best practices in development, perform vulnerability scanning, static analysis, and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IEC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/related field or equivalent hands-on experience,
- 3+ years of DevOps experience, building and running reliable, scalable systems,
- Strong automation mindset, with proficiency in Python and/or Bash,
- Solid experience with Git-based workflows and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef),
- Hands-on with containers and orchestration, including Docker/Podman and Kubernetes,
- Security-conscious by design, with knowledge of firmware integrity, code signing, and vulnerability management for embedded systems,
- Clear communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating across disciplines,
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
