Job description

  • Technology Operations: You serve as the first point of contact for HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP R/3 HCM (and in the future SAP S/4HANA HCM), UKG PeopleDoc and SAP Concur. Together with your team, you ensure the smooth operation of these systems, support users and provide efficient technical assistance.
  • System Harmonization and Implementation: You continuously analyze the requirements of the various locations, develop concepts for harmonizing the HR system landscape, and support system implementations and roll-outs - from needs analysis to user training.
  • Major Projects and Strategic Development: You lead complex international projects - such as the global implementation of an HCM solution or the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA - and play a key role in shaping the Group's digital HR transformation.
  • Change Management: You act as the central interface to external partners and take ownership of the change management for HR tools. You implement technological adjustments and guide innovations from concept to successful rollout., As Manager HR IT Systems, you shape the HR IT area of the Aebi Schmidt Group in a phase of growth and international reorientation. Your expertise and creativity are needed to develop innovative solutions, build internal know-how and shape the organization for the future. Requirements

  • Completed higher education in IT or business administration (university/FH/HF or equivalent)
  • Several years of experience at the interface between IT and HR and in managing IT projects
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools (especially SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience in an international corporate environment, ideally in industry; collaboration with US teams is an advantage
  • Awareness of IT security and corresponding technologies
  • Business-fluent English and good German skills
  • Strong intercultural competence, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to communicate complex matters clearly
  • Service-oriented, motivating and proactive personality
