Über die Stelle SAP Master Data Manager (80-100%) Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Number of employees: approx. 18'000 Reference number: L56RV47R Key Facts: Material Master, BOMs, Recipes, Inspection Plans, COA Profiles, SAP R/3 and S/4HANA, Supply Chain Operations, in Stein/home office. Main tasks: Take full ownership of master data setup in SAP R/3 for multiple filling lines, providing both global and local support in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Design and modify Bills of Materials (BOMs), recipes, resources, Certificates of Analysis (COA) profiles, inspection plans, and inspection characteristics in SAP Continuously improve processes and ensure all SOPs related to part setup, BOMs, and recipe creation are accurate, up to date, and user-friendly Create and maintain material master data and part codes in SAP Manage and implement required system changes independently within SAP Prepare, design, and document master data governance frameworks and process descriptions Monitor

Requirements

master data KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions to ensure data quality and process efficiency Your qualifications: Strong experience in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA master data management (materials and production) as well as proficiency in MS Office Solid background in supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment (e.g. work preparation / AVOR) Proven experience working in the pharmaceutical industry under GMP regulations APICS or CPIM certification considered a strong advantage Adaptable and proactive in project-driven and fast-paced settings; continuously challenges the status quo to identify improvement opportunities Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken Strategic and conceptual thinker with the ability to design governance documentation and process frameworks The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
