Join Merkle, a dentsu company, as a Salesforce Solution Architect. Be part of a global leader in digital transformation., * Developing digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions;

• Facilitating and guiding projects, to ensure business and technology are aligned;

• Directing and supervising scalable client engagements on overall technological architecture;

• Ensuring re-use and scale of our knowledge and methods;

• Sharing, training and mapping client's needs to Merkle capabilities;

• Acting as advisor or mentor for more junior colleagues on their project work and career development;

• Gathering of business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria;

• Defining and enhancing industry and client specific architectures;

• Advising the client on architectural solution aspects within their Vertical;

• Closely collaborating with the development teams, UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore);

• Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and solution finding;

• Degree in Computer Science or related field; Salesforce experience required.
• Strong client-facing skills with a proven CRM implementation track record.
• Fluency in French & English, with onsite presence in Geneva preferred., * Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar;
• Proven track record in leading global CRM multi-cloud implementations in complex environments;
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud;
• Strong client facing profile;
• Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application, system, integrations, data, sharing and visibility architect);
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus;
• Fluency in French & English;
• Availability for the onsite presence in Geneva.
