Are you passionate about creating intuitive and visually compelling mobile app experiences? At Muuvr Labs AG, we are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team in Zurich, Switzerland. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of Muuvr's user experience, with a primary focus on our mobile app and additional contributions to our e-commerce and web initiatives.
In this role, you will own end-to-end design workflows-from discovery and concept development to final delivery-ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and user-centered experience across all touchpoints. - Deliver UX, UI, and interaction design for mobile and supporting web experiences.
- Translate user insights into clear flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
- Define information architecture and ensure intuitive navigation.
- Align design decisions with user value and business goals.
User Interface & Design System
- Create high-fidelity mockups and UI concepts.
- Build and maintain a scalable Figma-based design system.
- Develop reusable design patterns and documentation.
- Strengthen Muuvr's visual identity across product and marketing.
Testing & Iteration
- Build prototypes and validate concepts through user testing.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate on A/B experiments with Product and Data teams.
Collaboration
- Present designs clearly to stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to refine requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Participate in agile processes (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retros).
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a focus on mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and successful mobile app projects.
- Proficient in Figma and modern design principles (HIG, Material Design)..
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Product thinker who designs journeys and experiences, not just screens.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
