Tasks
- Design engaging digital experiences for various clients.
- Lead discovery sessions to identify user needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with UI designers to refine user experiences., This position sits in our Zurich-based Experience & Engineering business unit. We deliver many services, from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, data & analytics and content. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences.
As UX Designer you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges and can't wait to translate them into beautiful and smart digital products. And you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with the best and most fun people the industry has to offer.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Bringing new ideas around best practices and cross-industry insights towards your project teams;
- Participate and lead discovery sessions and apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunities;
- Translate strategy and insights into well considered journeys, flows and wireframes;
- Substantiate your design choices with annotations;
- Create simple prototypes (and validate these with users if needed);
- Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedback;
- Working back-to-back with UI designers to help shape the final user experience
Requirements
- 4+ years in UX design, strong portfolio, and Figma skills.
- Proficient in English with collaborative mindset.
- Experience in multidisciplinary team settings., * 4+ years of experience as UX designer at an agency or renowned brand;
- Experience with designing websites, apps and digital products for A-brands;
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion;
- Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
- Working proficiency in English;
- Experience with Figma and collaborative tools;
- Availability to start working in Germany.
