Tasks

• Evaluate and develop infrastructure services for our clients.
• Ensure smooth operation of systems in central and backup data centers.
• Assist with incident tracking and resolution for helpdesk support., * Evaluate, design, develop and operate infrastructure services
• Ensure smooth operation of systems in the central data center as well as backup data center
• Assist in fault detection and resolution (1st and 2nd level helpdesk)
• Plan and lead projects
• Create concepts and documentation
• Participate in the training of apprentices in ITC EFZ

• Completed IT education or extensive experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and remote desktop services.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills., * Completed training as an IT specialist or many years of professional experience
• Broad experience in common Microsoft platforms (cloud, hybrid and on-premises)
• Engineering and installation of Remote Desktop Services
• Linux know-how is an advantage
• Winning communication and teamwork skills as well as service-oriented thinking and acting
• Resilient, independent and flexible
• Very good German and English skills
