- Provide on-site level 2 IT support for users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Windows and macOS.
- Manage IT assets and maintain inventory of equipment., Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 - but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet members of our team: your future manager of course, but also other people you will work with. These interviews will allow us to learn more about you, your experience and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. - Work on Windows and macOS environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software equipment
- Support users during onboarding and offboarding
- Manage IT assets and hardware inventory
- Provide support for meeting room and videoconferencing equipment
- Follow IT processes and security rules
- Maintain excellent relationships with users
- Demonstrate autonomy and reliability in managing interventions
- Provide VIP support and assist IT events
- Manage critical incidents under pressure
- Adopt a premium attitude and demonstrate discretion
- Communicate in professional English
- Be available for extended hours and specific events
Requirements
- Degree in IT or equivalent with 2 years of support experience.
- Strong communication skills in professional English.
- Experience in VIP support and critical incident management., * Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site IT support
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments
- Professional English required
- Driver's license B highly recommended
- Good knowledge of asset management and user support tools
- Experience in VIP support and critical incident management appreciated
- Autonomy, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability for overtime, events, and on-call duty (max. 1 week out of 4)
