We in the AI Engineering & AI Products team are part of the Development division and shape Finnova's AI future - from efficiency improvements to product integration. You analyze user needs and measure efficiency gains, while also building AI communities, organizing promptathons, and actively shaping how we work with AI. We are a small, growing team, and you fit best with us if you can handle ambiguity, have a technical background, and want to help shape a versatile role.

You are passionate about...

  • how AI can fundamentally reshape our future way of working
  • breaking down features and epics into concrete user stories and co-designing epics
  • planning, conducting, and evaluating user interviews and user tests
  • AI enablement of development through community work (AI Champions, CopilotCoffee), innovative event formats (e.g., promptathons), and providing training content for development
  • independently driving projects and initiatives forward

Requirements

  • Technical background with a degree in computer science or related fields.
  • Experience in software development or technical requirements engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of AI topics and community engagement skills., * with your background in software development or technical requirements engineering - closeness to developers is important to us
  • with a completed higher education in computer science or business informatics
  • with your comprehensive knowledge of AI topics and keeping it continuously up to date
  • through your experience in business analysis or requirements engineering as well as experience in conducting and evaluating user interviews and user tests
  • with enthusiasm for community work and organizing learning formats
  • through your language skills in German at level C1 and at least B1 in English
