Job description

  • Develop UX and UI elements within a large software project for the BFH-wide performance and deployment planning tool (LEP)
  • Plan and conduct workshops to validate the user experience and to digitize processes
  • Independently handle versatile tasks and benefit from flexible working hours as well as home office
  • Participate in team events, hackdays, and peer programming sessions
  • Work in an inspired, innovative, and dynamic team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with UX/UI design experience.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools like Figma.
  • Strong communication, teamwork abilities, and eagerness to learn., * Completed bachelor's degree in this field and skills in creating UX and UI designs with experience in relevant tools (e.g., Figma)
  • A design education at bachelor level or an equivalent apprenticeship in a related field
  • Knowledge in optimizing usability, performance, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices
  • Teamwork skills, high communication willingness, and reliability
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as well as experience in developing and maintaining user interfaces for web applications
  • Interest and joy in learning new technologies and libraries, as well as willingness for continuous development and learning new trends in UX-UI and front-end areas
