Tasks

• Coordinate the development of the LEP planning tool.
• Develop and oversee the technical architecture.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between teams and project leads., What you will do here
• Lead and coordinate a large IT project to develop the BFH-wide performance and deployment planning tool (LEP)
• Develop the technical architecture and oversee its implementation
• Define specifications for the development of new interfaces
• Ensure coordination between the development team and the overall project management
• Manage the project using agile approaches with short feedback cycles

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in large software applications development.
• Strong communication and empathy for diverse stakeholders., * Completed Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and experience in leading and developing large software applications
• Knowledge in creating and documenting software architecture
• Experience in designing complex interfaces
• Ability and enthusiasm to immerse yourself in a project with diverse stakeholders
• Empathetic, open, and communicative nature
