• Oversee task automation using Control-M and secure file exchanges., The Regional Head of IT Production is a strategic position, responsible for overseeing the technical teams in charge of IT infrastructures across three branches: France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. This key role involves ensuring the proper functioning of critical systems, supervising task automation via Control-M, and securing file exchanges through Axway Secure Transport.

As a member of the management committee, you will play a central role in harmonizing practices between the different entities while ensuring the continuity and performance of IT operations.

Main responsibilities:

Oversee IT production infrastructures:

• Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of IT platforms.
• Ensure continuity of operations and rapid resolution of critical incidents.

Manage IT production teams:

• Lead and coordinate teams distributed across sites in France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg.
• Harmonize processes and tools between the different branches.
• Develop team skills to meet the company's needs.

Supervise task automation:

• Manage the use of Control-M to ensure optimal scheduling and execution of IT processes (batches).
• Ensure the reliability and smoothness of automated processes.

Secure file exchanges and data flows:

• Oversee file exchanges between internal and external systems via Axway Secure Transport.
• Guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of exchanged data.

Contribute to the overall IT strategy:

• Actively participate in the management committee to define IT strategic priorities.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to improve the stability, security, and efficiency of infrastructures.
• Implement initiatives to harmonize and optimize IT practices at the regional level.
