Job description

Tasks

  • Lead diverse ICT projects and ensure effective software integration.

  • Maintain and support ICT systems like servers and networks.

  • Provide training and optimize existing software applications., Due to the upcoming retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a successor as Tasks

  • Project responsibility in a wide variety of ICT projects

  • Initialization, coordination, and maintenance of interfaces for various software and application systems

  • Maintenance and servicing (IMAC/R/D services) of ICT systems such as servers, clients, printers, network components, etc.

  • Creation and maintenance of documentation as well as training employees in the use of IT systems & applications

  • Analyzing and optimizing existing software applications

  • Continuous adaptation of ICT systems to changing needs (improvement of business and production processes, continuous improvement process)

  • Participation in handling and resolving IT tickets in 1st & 2nd level support

Requirements

  • You need a completed ICT education and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on social competence.
  • Strong analytical skills for process improvement and coordination., * Completed basic training EFZ IT specialist EFZ (system technology / business informatics), or other technical basic training
  • Advanced technical training as business informatics specialist (federal diploma / HF diploma) or similar qualification
  • Certifications MCSA, MS Azure/MS 365 are an advantage
  • Professional experience in the ICT environment
  • High service and customer orientation with strong social skills
  • Analytical and technical skills for process optimization and interface coordination
