The Infrastructure and Security team ensures the stable, secure, and highly available operation of the IT infrastructure and continuously develops it further. It is responsible for server, network, and security systems and consistently implements security and architecture concepts., * Technical responsibility for server, network, storage, and security systems in the data center and cloud environment

• Design, implementation, configuration, and further development of infrastructure and security architectures
• Technical analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainable resolution of complex disruptions in the infrastructure environment
• Ensuring 2nd-level support including escalation and interface function to 3rd-level
• Technical implementation and operation of security, backup, recovery, and monitoring solutions
• Participation in technical infrastructure and security projects
• Maintenance of system and operational documentation

• Completed IT education or equivalent experience in infrastructure.
• Experience in managing server and network systems.
• Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented mindset., * Completed education in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience in the infrastructure and system environment
• Experience in support, administration, and further development of IT systems in the areas of server, storage, network, and firewall
• Basic knowledge in operating Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) as well as storage and backup solutions
• Basic knowledge in the areas of network and firewall
• Basic knowledge in the Microsoft environment (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory)
• Structured approach and good organization
• Quick comprehension and high solution orientation
• Independence, resilience, sense of responsibility as well as conflict and team skills
