IT Project Manager

• Taking over the technical leadership of an ongoing digitalization project, with a focus on successfully delivering the development and testing phases through to go-live
• Planning, monitoring, and managing IT sub-projects in coordination with internal IT and overall project management
• Creating use cases, test cases, test plans, and actively supporting test management
• Coordinating and controlling IT work packages, sprints, and release planning in collaboration with the overall project manager and Head of IT Development
• Maintaining close cooperation with internal interfaces and department heads, depending on the project approval process

• Degree-level education in economics (Bachelor's or Master's), very strong project management skills, and solid conceptual abilities
• Experience working in an agile environment and with Scrum methodology
• Basic programming knowledge and the ability to assess development tasks in terms of complexity and time effort
• Independent and structured working style, with the ability to develop solutions autonomously, monitor project progress, and report proactively
• Hands-on mindset and strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, and very good German language skills (written and spoken)
