- Create an inspiring atmosphere for team creativity and potential., We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Device Software (m/f/d) who will drive the development of advanced embedded software at Endress+Hauser Flow.

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative software solutions for our flow measurement devices to enable our customers to monitor and optimize their processes and applications more efficiently. You will work in a global environment within an interdisciplinary and diverse team operating in an exciting and growing network.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- lead exciting projects from idea through development to successful market launch, always in close partnership with our customers.
- define and monitor project goals, milestones, resources, and budgets, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- create an inspiring environment where the development team can unleash its creativity and reach its full potential.
- work together with experts to ensure our solutions are reliable, robust, and secure and meet all relevant standards and approvals.
- collaborate closely with software developers and data science specialists to develop embedded software for our flow measurement devices as well as data-driven solutions and machine learning applications.
- cooperate interdisciplinarily with technology departments and product management in an agile environment.
Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent, with extensive project management experience.
- Experience in embedded software and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills., * have a degree in a technical field or equivalent training.
- have several years of experience managing classical and agile development projects in the software environment.
- ideally bring knowledge in embedded software, software platforms, edge computing, and AI.
- are an active, motivating, and resilient personality.
- possess strong lateral leadership skills to promote collaboration and sustainably solve challenges.
- are characterized by teamwork and communication skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for innovation.
- have very good English skills.
