  • Lead projects from concept to market launch in software development.

  • Ensure compliance with standards while fostering a creative environment., We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Device Software (f/m/d) to drive the development of advanced embedde software at Endress+Hauser Flow.

In this role, you will coordinate the development of innovative software solutions for our flow meters to support our customers in improving their overall process monitoring efficiency and optimizing their processes. You will be a member of an interdisciplinary and diverse team moving in a global environment as part of an exciting and growing network

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • lead exciting projects from the initial idea through development to successful market launch, always in close collaboration with our customers.
  • take a structured approach to planning and managing projects, defining and monitoring goals, milestones, resources, and budgets, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • create an inspiring and future-oriented environment where the development team can unleash its creativity and reach its full potential.
  • work with experts to ensure our solutions are reliable, robust, and secure, and comply with all relevant standards and approvals.
  • collaborate closely with software engineers and data science specialists to develop embedded software for our flow meters, as well as applications in data-driven solutions and machine learning.

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical field with experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for collaboration.
  • Experience in embedded software, AI, and agile methodologies., * hold a degree in a technical field or have a comparable education.
  • have several years of experience managing traditional and agile development projects in a software environment.
  • ideally bring experience with embedded software, software platforms, edge computing, and AI.
  • have an active, motivating, and resilient personality.
  • demonstrate strong lateral leadership skills to foster collaboration, anticipate challenges early, and solve them sustainably.
  • possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, creativity, and an innovative mindset.
  • have a very good command of English.
