Tasks

• Drive strategic development and support for Microsoft Entra ID.

• Monitor processes and support integration in company projects., The Identity and Access Management (IAM) department of Zürcher Kantonalbank ensures the secure handling of identities and permissions, among other things through the implementation of the need-to-know principle and the recertification of roles. It manages IAM tools such as Entra ID and supports contract partner identities. Do you want to shape the future of company-wide Identity & Access Management? • Responsible for the strategic development, professional support, and securing of our Microsoft Entra ID environments and supporting new use cases

• Ensuring a technically flawless and regulatory-compliant implementation of Microsoft Entra ID

• Continuously monitoring and establishing traceable processes

• Supporting and advising on company-wide projects for integration into Microsoft Entra ID as well as existing IAM processes

• Promoting close collaboration with all disciplines of Identity & Access Management and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team

• Independently accompanying internal and external audits within the framework of Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, with relevant experience.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong strategic thinking., * Completed studies in computer science (FH, university, ETH) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in the cyber security environment (engineering or architecture), preferably in a regulated environment
• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Entra ID as well as deep understanding of IAM concepts and processes
• Strategic thinking and the ability to develop, drive, and successfully implement a clear vision for a product
• Many years of practical experience in developing and implementing security concepts as well as implementing solution architectures in the Microsoft Entra ID area
• Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
