Job description
- Taking over the end-to-end responsibility for the further development of business processes in the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) area
- Technical leadership of the stream
- Management and prioritization of process improvement projects as well as implementation of measures to minimize risks
- Active support of change processes and assistance with communication within the framework of change management
- Responsibility for monitoring and reporting relevant process key figures (KPIs) as well as deriving optimization measures
- Participation in the selection and introduction of new tools and systems as well as support during audits and certifications
- Active involvement in retrospectives and feedback rounds to promote continuous improvements in the process
- Promotion of an open and trusting team culture
Requirements
- Degree in business, economics, or a related field required.
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset needed.
- Experience in ERP systems and process management tools essential., * Completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, supply chain management, logistics or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in process management, ideally in P2P, finance environment, key user or in operational procurement/accounting
- Very good understanding of end-to-end processes, digitization and the requirements of modern finance and procurement organizations
- Experience in the application and optimization of ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM) and process management tools (e.g. Signavio, Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Communication skills, persuasiveness and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders - from departments to IT to external partners
- Change management competence and willingness to actively support change processes
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of agile methods
