Tasks

  • Install and maintain workstations, notebooks, and peripherals.
  • Manage and support hardware during relocations and rollouts.
  • Document processes and manage IT inventory effectively., Our service center ensures that workplace, printing, and special infrastructures are reliably provided, professionally managed, and optimally supported throughout their entire lifecycle. From short-term special installations to complete ICT equipment during moves and relocations, the team ensures smooth and timely implementation.

Your tasks

  • Installation, configuration as well as operation and maintenance of workstations, notebooks, peripherals, and special hardware
  • Staging, commissioning, and support of notebooks, tablets, and PC workstations
  • Maintenance, repair, and replacement of hardware as well as support during moves and rollouts
  • Installation and configuration of IT infrastructure at workplaces and locations
  • Material management (inventory) as well as creation of operating instructions and documentation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training with IT focus required.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/MS Office and SAP (MM).
  • Service-oriented personality with excellent German and good French., * Completed commercial or technical basic training with further education in the IT field
  • Several years of experience in ICT support or as an IT service technician
  • Very good knowledge of Windows/MS Office and SAP (MM); experience with SCCM, MECM, and Intune is an advantage
  • Service-oriented, team-capable, and resilient personality with a structured way of working
  • Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral French skills
  • High time flexibility for assignments in 7x24h operations as well as a category B driving license
