- Manage logistics and deliver impactful storytelling sessions., We are seeking a customer-centric Experience Engagement Manager (EEM) for the SAP Experience Center Zurich.
As an EEM, your purpose is to drive innovation and orchestrate end-to-end, customer-tailored engagements. You will design and deliver compelling, outcome-oriented experiences by tailoring storylines, coordinating stakeholders, and activating the latest EC content and showcases. You will be the central point connecting customers, partners, storytellers, and internal teams to ensure each engagement is purposeful, seamless, and impactful., * Manage and orchestrate customer-tailored EC engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to delivery and follow-up.
- Lead and consult on bespoke EC storylines, including content customization and creation aligned to customer objectives.
- Own the customer-tailored experience setup, coordinating logistics, content readiness, and demo/showcase alignment.
- Execute customer-tailored engagements as storyteller and scale learnings and best practices to the EC and storyteller community.
- Provide support to internal stakeholders and partners on a range of experience formats, including Experience Showfloor use cases, Experience Lab, IX Room, labs, hackathons, and related initiatives to shape an outstanding overall engagement experience for the customer.
- Build agendas and manage speakers; ensure the right experts are engaged at the right time to deliver a cohesive narrative.
- Structure and track engagement outcomes (e.g., pipeline influence, co-innovation opportunities, account progression); report performance and learnings.
Content Tailoring and Storytelling
- Scale and activate new content from the Content & Lab Team and events into the EC portfolio; ensure demo readiness and delivery quality.
- Tailor narratives and assets to match industry, line-of-business, and account-specific priorities.
- Market and pitch the Experience Center concept internally and externally to drive awareness, utilization, and brand perception.
- Lead special projects related to event content, speaker database, hospitality service models, and event concepts.
Stakeholder Management and Ecosystem Activation
- Drive customer and partner communication; manage stakeholder alignment across sales, presales, and delivery teams.
- Align and run projects with content experts and peer EEMs to harmonize standards and accelerate delivery.
- Liaise with the Customer Success organization and topic experts to integrate adoption focus and business value into engagements.
- Identify, onboard, and coordinate contributors for bespoke showcases to enrich the customer journey.
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
- Ensure engagement readiness by maintaining playbooks, checklists, and documentation that enable consistent delivery.
- Monitor feedback from engagements and iteratively refine storylines, agendas, and supporting assets.
- Champion sustainability, scalability, and reusability of engagement materials and components., Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.

Requirements
- Experience in customer engagement and program management required.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills essential.
- Fluency in German and English, with French as a plus., * Strong experience in customer engagement management, program/event orchestration, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to translate business strategies and customer needs into compelling narratives and immersive experiences.
- Experience in leading executive-level meetings and presentations with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of SAP's solution portfolio and Experience Center operations (demos, showcases, logistics).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment with sales, presales, after-sales, consulting services, partners and content experts.
- Outcome-focused mindset with a passion for co-creation, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Exceptional storytelling, agenda design, and speaker management skills for diverse audiences.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; French is a plus; familiarity with Swiss market dynamics is a plus.
- Open, adaptable, and energized by working in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.
