Job description
- Analysis and support for strategic and operational steering, including supporting with the Executive Board Reporting.
- Execution of periodic reports to provide transparency of SGSC's strategic initiatives and accompanying KPIs.
- Support with the rollout of the SAP Security Strategy.
- Perform quality checks of said reporting and follow up with key stakeholders who provide the relevant data.
- Improvement of department's internal processes and collaboration platforms by introducing new processes or improving existing ones.
- Drafting and reviewing presentations, business cases and articles.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) with preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics or Security related focus, ideally with a pre-degree
- Analytical skill set
- Self-driven and highly motivated team player with an open and flexible personality and willingness to learn
- Reliable in delivering results with high quality
- Systematic and effective working style
- Good written and verbal language skills in English is a must, advanced German skills is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel and Power Point) required, first experience with SAP tools desirable
