What you'll build
- Monthly cost reports and insights to track financial performance
- Processes to match actual costs to planning and budget
- SharePoint pages that keep information organized and accessible
- AI-powered workflows to automate reporting and communication
- Proof-of-concepts for measuring progress of complex transformation programs
- Support for program reporting, project management, and meeting preparation
Requirements

- Be an early applicant, * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and ideally SharePoint
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and process optimization
- Ability to work independently and tackle both routine tasks and complex challenges
- Familiarity with Python, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
- Working from Walldorf/St.Leon Rot office is required
