Senior DevOps & Cloud Engineer (all genders)

• Further development and stabilization of modern Kubernetes and cloud environments throughInfrastructure as Code,automated deploymentsand modular infrastructure components (Terraform,Helm,Kustomize)
• Design, implementation and optimization of advancedCI/CD and GitOps workflows, including automated tests, security scans and modern deployment strategies withGitHub Actions,GitLab CI,Jenkins,Azure DevOpsandArgoCD/Flux
• Sovereign operation and automation of containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as implementation of complex operational processes withBash/Python- with the abilityto assumetechnical leadership as needed.
• Development and enhancement of high-performance observability and reliability solutions usingPrometheus,Grafana, andCheckMKfor monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and logging.
• Integration and optimization of modern multi-cloud architectures in the context of major public cloud providers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform), including cost optimization, resource management and integration of cloud-native services.
• Professional supportfor demanding projects for clients, for example through assessments, consulting, workshops and activeknowledge exchangewithin the team., Nobody meets every requirement. • You bring in-depth experience withKubernetesandcontainer technologies, including an understanding of the architecture (control plane, etcd, scheduler) as well as confident handling ofdeployments,stateful sets,daemon setsand modern runtimes such ascontainerdorCRI-O.
• You have in-depth knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure or GCP), use cloud-native services and work confidently with container registries.
• You are proficient in modern CI/CD and GitOps workflows and confidently use tools such asArgoCD/Flux,GitHub Actions,GitLab CI,JenkinsorAzure DevOps- including modern deployment strategies.
• You are proficient in working withInfrastructure as Codeand automation, e.g., withHelm,Kustomize,Bash/Shell, andPython, and have a good understanding of theKubernetes API,YAML, andJSON.
• You have knowledge ofsecurityandobservability, such as RBAC, pod security, secrets management, and commonmonitoring and logging toolslike Prometheus and Grafana.
• You impress with yourstructuredwork style,clear communicationandself-organization, complemented by desirable skills such as mentoring, time management andrelevant certifications(e.g. CKA, CKAD, CKS), and are willing totravel occasionally(0- max. 20% of working time).
• You communicate confidently inGermanandEnglish- within the team, with customers and in everyday life.
• You live inGermanyand are authorized to work here - this allows us to work together smoothly and efficiently in everyday life.
