Job description

  • Support the implementation and operation of Salesforce solutions across markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to track CRM performance and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM processes and support multi-market initiatives

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting system operations and process optimization, ideally across multiple markets
  • Ability to create dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Understanding of data quality, integrity, and privacy compliance

  • An annual salary between 48. - 50.000 € (grading according to experience and qualifications) plus additional benefits
