Senior Backend Engineer

• Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
• Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
• Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate

• Attain and Maintain solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture
• Drive user experience

• Expert in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience in other areas and languages
• Basic Leadership and competent in mentoringExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills especially within the product team
