What you'll do

Assist in developing user interface designs that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for usability.

Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Help maintain and update design documentation to ensure consistency across channels and platforms.

Stay up to date with emerging design trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Preferred fields of study: Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, Computer Science

Computer skills / Programming languages: Fundamental knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, First steps with TypeScript or strong willingness to learn it quickly

First experience with of the following: react, vue.js, angular.js

Basic Git skills (commit, branch, pull request) and familiarity with VS Code, Experience with design/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). You don't need to know everything: Curiosity, clean work, and willingness to learn matter most. We'll support you in building SAP-specific skills

Interest in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5/OpenUI5 (prior exposure is a plus)

Language skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language is a plus.

Soft skills: Ability to work effectively as a team player and visit the office on a recurring basis. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Meet your team
We are an international team of data engineers, data scientists, developers, researchers, and business expert who collect all available knowledge at SAP and make it available in a large knowledge graph - for AI and for humans.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
