Y our responsibilities: With us, you'll work on real client projects from day one, developing production-ready AI applications - from automation solutions and the use of generative AI models to the implementation of robust software solutions. You'll utilize modern architectures and cloud-based AI services to realize practical solutions with real impact. Your tasks in detail:

• You design and implement AI-powered software solutions that automate and streamline processes.
• You strategically deploy existing machine learning models, adapt them to specific use cases, and reliably bring them into productive operation.
• You develop scalable backend services and APIs in Python, e.g. with FastAPI.
• You strategically use cloud-based AI services to develop robust and scalable solutions for real customer needs.
• You work with structured and unstructured data and prepare it for use in AI applications.
• You ensure the quality and reliability of AI components, e.g. through testing, validation and clean error handling.
• You will work closely with our AI experts, internal teams and customers, translating technical requirements into actionable technical solutions., * Modern 4:1 work model - 4 days for core tasks & 1 day for professional development per week

• You have more than 2 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on AI engineering or comparable technical AI domains.
• Completed studies or training in computer science, mathematics, data science or a related field.
• Solid experience in development with Python.
• Experience in the practical application of machine learning models and large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, alternatively AWS or GCP.
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• You are motivated to work independently and flexible enough to familiarize yourself with new topics and areas of responsibility.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and practical solutions.
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
