Senior AI Engineer

• Build and maintainreal-time recommendation and routing pipelines for supporting workflows.
• Leadprompt engineering and model fine-tuning to ensure production-quality performance.
• Develop MLOps infrastructure, including model serving, CI/CD, and monitoring for deployed systems.
• Validate impactthrough clear KPIs such as reduced resolution times, improved first-touch resolution, and automation efficiency.
• Integrate AI solutionswith existing TypeScript/Python services and collaborate closely with support and product teams.
• Document and sharebest practices to scale AI capabilities across the organization and mentor engineers in applying LLM-driven solutions.

We are looking for a driven and experienced(Senior) AI Engineer (f/m/d)to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will design and build production-grade AI systems that power deeploi's intelligent IT workflows. You will take ownership of developing and deploying LLM-based automation solutions that reduce manual work, accelerate support processes, and enhance the experience of both our customers and internal teams., * 6+ years of experience in Software or Machine Learning Engineering.

• Proven experience building and deploying LLM or GenAI systems in production environments.
• Strong background in AI/ML engineering, solving real-world business problems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps: model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques for LLMs.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1); German is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience building ML/AI pipelines for ticket classification, intent extraction, or real-time recommendation systems.
• Practical experience with production-grade AI systems beyond research or prototype work.
• Familiarity with support platforms such as Zendesk or Intercom, and mapping AI-driven workflows to agent tasks.
