Senior Cloud Engineer - DevOps (Azure)

At GRAYOAK, you'll work on challenging cloud projects in the areas of data, AI, and modern platform architecture. In interdisciplinary teams, we develop scalable, secure cloud solutions and support their implementation from architecture to production. The focus is on cloud development and DevOps - not on classic infrastructure engineering or pure strategy consulting.

• Development, enhancement and operation of cloud-native applications and services, including AI-supported applications at the application level.
• Development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines as well as deployment and release processes
• Automation of operational, workflow and platform services using Python, PowerShell or similar technologies
• Close collaboration with infrastructure, data, and platform teams to integrate and optimize cross-functional solutions.
• Advising our clients on DevOps, automation and operating models
• Support in architectural and technology decisions in customer and project contexts
• Technical support during pre-sales and for quote estimates

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience in Cloud Development, DevOps or Platform Engineering
• Solid experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and common CI/CD tools and deployment mechanisms.
• Excellent knowledge of scripting and programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, .NET)
• Experience in the design and implementation of cloud architectures as well as deployment and operational patterns
• Experience in agile project environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
