Senior AI Application Product Manager

You will work horizontally and partner with the respective Application Domain Leads to support them with enhancing their domain-specific Solution Suites with AI capabilities. To be successful you will have to work at the intersection between customers, our Go-To-Market, our Product & Engineering teams and our Domain Application Product Managers. By developing AI capabilities & solutions that generate AI decision signals you will augment agentic & human decision making.

The work you'll do:

• Build AI applications with great UI/UX that find their sweet spot between being standardized & customizable
• Design applications with an intuitive and lean UI that get adopted easily
• Develop generic prediction, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization & forecasting capabilities, incl. ML model deployment & monitoring
• Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform hands-on to develop these new, innovative AI capabilities & solutions in Python, PQL & SQL
• Work closely with customers to understand which AI/ML solutions will best enhance agentic & human decision making
• Be involved in all steps within the product development lifecycle from ideation to product development to scaling solutions across all Celonis customers

• 3-6 years of experience as an AI Product Manager or a similar position
• Experience in building high value UX-centric Applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines
• Practical experience in Machine Learning solutions like predictive modeling, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization & forecasting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in production level acceptance testing, delivering end-to-end solutions
• Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable & easily extensible solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python as well as advanced SQL expertise
• Proven experience developing AI solutions for enterprises, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful use cases solving real-world problems
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or related field
