The Celonis AI Apps Team is a young, cross-functional group dedicated to building best-in-class horizontal AI applications and domain-specific AI solutions. Our goal is to develop user-centric AI capabilities that can be fully customized by customers and partners, enriching the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph with AI decision signals from predictions, simulations, anomaly detection, and more. The Role

You will partner with Application Domain Leads to enhance domain-specific Solution Suites with AI capabilities. Working at the intersection of customers, Go-To-Market, Product, Engineering teams and Domain Application Product Managers, you will create AI solutions that augment agentic and human decision making. Responsibilities

• Build AI applications with an optimal blend of standardization and customization.
• Design intuitive, lean UIs that encourage rapid adoption.
• Develop generic prediction, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization and forecasting capabilities, including ML model deployment and monitoring.
• Use the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform in Python, PQL and SQL to develop innovative AI capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers to identify AI/ML solutions that best enhance decision making.
• Participate in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from ideation through scaling across all Celonis customers.

• 3-6 years of experience as an AI Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of building high-value, UX-centric applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of delivering quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, simulation, anomaly detection, optimization and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions, including production-level acceptance testing.
• Visionary architectural mindset to design scalable and extensible solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions in enterprise settings, with a strong portfolio of successful use cases.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics or a related field.
