Job description

Currently we are looking for our new E-Commerce Business Specialist, whom, reporting to the Digital Director, will initially manage the editorial and promotional content of the online sales channel, moving forward to develop and implement digital sales strategy creating a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls in order to improve ecommerce performance. In order to achieve your goals, your MAIN RESPONSABILITITES will regard, #Editorial & Promotional content management lead:

  • Coordinate all aspects related to Content & Merchandising on our web, promoting the ecom business, coordinating navigation, sortment and centralizing content focused on visual harmonie and excel visual execution of animations and or activations.
  • Responsible for planning the editorial and promotional calendar within sephora.es, and thus updating said content on the web
  • Development of a promotional plan to boost the business of the ecom in Spain
  • Lead the relationship with the creative agency (briefings and execution) for the development of digital pieces. le
  • Management / requests and reporting with central teams France.
  • Coordination with brands to establish web animation calendars and creative development of their brand spaces, in line with the strategy.
  • Promote innovation in promotional mechanics, knowledge of competition activations / digital market trends / ecommerce.

Business Analytics: · Update and supervise proactively our digital presence to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

  • Develop analytics and key business metrics on the ecommerce to provide a weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and analyse conversion numbers.

  • Communicate, and track sales targets with the team to be achieved weekly, monthly and yearly.

  • Monitor web analytics and internal data sources to facilitate forecasting for business decisions and action plans within processes, customer experience and sales growth. #3 Holistic integration of omnichannel business strategy Building up an open-communication and collaborative environment with

  • Digital Team: coordinating online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, content marketing, as well as website usability improvements in UX/ UI, from navigation to checkout experience.

  • Offer & Merch team, related to commercial calendar concerning product management, launches and promotions.

  • Marketing team, in terms of Social Media, PR, CRM and other digital publicising channels.

  • Supply team, in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment process within expected timeframes and quality regarding demand planning.

  • Finance team, so as to understand objectives, forecasting and action plan proposal within business target.

Requirements

Experience: 2-4 years proven related experience on similar position, in which the following have been developed.

Knowledge

· Tools: Along with proficient use of MS Office (XLX,PPTX,DOCX ), proven experience of managing SFCC, ContentSquare, Google Analytics are a MUST. Ideally having had experience with SAP / AppsFlyer / Batch · Fluent Spanish & English, written and spoken · Skills · Proactive, creative, and strategic thinker with a strong commercial & customer orientation, thus: · Data driven and performance oriented, gripped by detail · Excel communication skills and collaborative approach to coordination of projects. · Highly digitally and experienced with digital sales tools: lead management, email marketing, UX and CRO, and online purchase journeys. · Demonstrated success leading multi-channel B2C sales functions at a retail/brand on a similar services industry (1+ years of experience) · Analytically minded, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with data to build sales plans and executing · Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation with knowledge of Google Analytics and/ or other digital marketing analytics tools.
