Job description
As a Scrum Master, your mission will be to facilitate agile practices and ensure the effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions efficiently while continuously improving their ways of working.
You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments and supporting teams through change in dynamic and evolving environments.
We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives).
- Support teams in the effective application of Scrum and Kanban principles.
- Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks.
- Coach team members on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Support change management and agile adoption within the organization.
- Promote transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Use tools such as JIRA, ALM and Microsoft Teams to track progress and performance.
- Encourage a results-oriented mindset and high team engagement.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner.
- Hands-on experience applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Exposure to TDD/BDD practices is a plus.
EDUCATION
- Certificate of Higher Education, University Degree or Master's degree.
- Technical background is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Essential
- Scrum Master Professional certification.
- Strong experience and knowledge of the Kanban Method.
- User-level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and Microsoft Teams.
- Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Strong change management capabilities.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of supply chain finance products (e.g. Confirming) is a plus.
- Understanding of payment methods and accounting concepts is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS.
- Ability to understand the tools involved in a deployment pipeline.
- Knowledge of Management 3.0 principles.
