Job description

You'll be part of the IT Web team, providing functional and technical support for the eCommerce platform, troubleshooting incidents, and collaborating with global teams to ensure system stability and performance., First year Full Remote as part of the Capitole team .

After that, direct incorporation into the client's staff , with a hybrid model (2-3 days on-site) .

Flexible schedule (40h/week).

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in application support or a similar role.
Knowledge of JIRA , databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) , GitLab , and testing tools ( Postman, Selenium, JMeter ).
Technical education (Computer Engineering or Vocational Degree in DAW/DAM or related fields).
English level: C1 (daily communication with international teams).

Nice to have:

Experience with Tridion or CMS, SAP ERP, SEO, HTML, JavaScript, Google Analytics, SoapUI, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP…).
