Adobe Commerce Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead) Omega CRM Consulting is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Senior Software Engineer (Technical Lead) to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company. The Senior Software Engineer will partner with business clients to identify needs and recommend innovative technology solutions aligned with the Digital Commerce Global Strategy. The role involves researching and proposing technical solutions, working with internal and external partners on development requirements, design specifications, and architectural methodologies, while adhering to best coding practices and global standards. Your main duties will be: 1. Consulting and Analysis: Meet regularly with clients and stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes and needs, and present solutions or improvements. 2. Development Collaboration: Work with technical teams to develop solutions, including documentation, design, and coding. 4. Project Development: Contribute ideas, develop concepts, and expand technical expertise. 5. Code and Platform Improvement: Review and enhance code, performance, stability, and scalability. 6. Team Development: Improve technical skills of the team through training and mentorship. 7. Technical Justification: Justify design decisions to other engineers. 8. Problem Solving: Think creatively to solve challenges and find workarounds. 9. Timely Delivery: Complete tasks within deadlines. 10. Communication: Engage in detailed technical discussions with stakeholders, challenging perspectives and articulating value. Requirements 1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years Adobe Commerce experience or 7+ years in a similar platform. 3. Deep hands-on experience in Adobe Commerce development and customization. 4. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and GraphQL for backend web development. 5. Knowledge of web application security and performance optimization. 6. Effective collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. 7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 8. Experience coordinating across multiple IT functions and complex processes. 9. Good communication skills in English and customer-oriented approach. 10. Experience working in virtual, international, multicultural environments. 11. Knowledge of agile testing practices and experience in agile development teams.
