Technical Implementation Specialist (Healthcare IT)

Overview Technical Implementation Specialist (Healthcare IT) at Capgemini Engineering. Role focused on leading the deployment of advanced Health Care Information Systems (HCIS), including Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and PACS, and integrations with third-party systems. Responsibilities * Deliver HCIS projects with the highest quality standards. * Provide technical guidance on software and hardware upgrades. * Manage installations, upgrades, and planned maintenance activities. * Participate in training programs and collaborate with R&D teams to enhance solutions. * Drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-value solutions. * Understand customer environments and workflows to tailor implementations effectively. * Coordinate with Project Managers, technical teams, application consultants, and third-party vendors. * Align project plans and schedules with service and sales teams. Required Skills & Experience * Database administration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning. * Proficiency in PL/SQL Developer, SQL*Plus, Microsoft Server, Hyper-V. * Familiarity with healthcare IT standards: DICOM, HL7, IHE. * Experience working in production environments with defined SLAs. * Willingness to travel and work in clinical environments. * Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
