customer's tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions. * Contribute to the tech strategy providing clients and technology insights Required Qualifications * Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field. * 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, IT and/or other relevant engineering domains. * 1+ year of successful project management experience in leading and managing engineering teams in a technology-driven company. * Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision; or mathematical optimization. * Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques such as fine tuning, pruning, RAG systems, transfer learning etc. * Excellent command of Python, Docker and Git. * Experience with GitHub/Gitlab workflows and functionalities. * Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and best practices. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams effectively. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster collaboration and maintain strong client relationships. * Solid organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail. * Perfect command of English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications * PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field. * Experience with quantum computing and/or Tensor Networks libraries.
