Product Owner

• Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business goals.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on value, effort, and strategic objectives.
• Gather and refine requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Make decisions on scope and acceptance criteria for deliverables.
• Analyze data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure measurable value delivery in every feature released.
• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams in agile environments.

Hybrid work model - remote and on-site collaboration. Must reside in Spain and hold a valid work permit., * More than 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments.

• Strong knowledge of backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
