SAP FI Consultant (S/4HANA) - International Roll-in Project

You will play a key role in global SAP S/4HANA roll-in initiatives, leading financial data migration activities and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions with minimal impact on daily operations.

The project is fully remote and offers long-term visibility in an international environment.

?️ Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead financial roll-in implementations in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accurate and high-quality FI-CO data migration.
• Manage and execute migration of financial data (GL, AP, AR, Assets), with CO as a supporting area.
• Act as a senior functional FI reference, especially in General Ledger, Business Partner and payment-related processes.
• Support and manage payment processes at product level, including daily operations, functional incidents and issue resolution.
• Work closely with business and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
• Minimize business disruption during roll-in and migration phases.
• Support and train end users on migrated data and new financial processes.
• Participate in international project meetings and coordination activities.

• Strong SAP FI background, with solid experience in S/4HANA environments.
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Business Partner); experience with Assets is a plus (considered a simpler area within the scope).
• Functional knowledge of CO as a complementary module (this is not a CO-heavy role).
• Proven experience with SAP roll-in / rollout projects from a functional perspective.
• Experience working in product-oriented environments, including incident handling and operational stability.
• Proven experience with data migration tools: SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW and/or BODS.
• Fluent English (C1) - daily communication in international teams.

Nice to have

• German language skills (highly valued / top differentiator).
• Experience with Central Finance or Group Reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, BAPI, IDoc and integration scenarios.
• Previous exposure to global or multi-country SAP programs.

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: 40h/week. Flexible, with reduced hours on Fridays
