Project Manager - Agentic AI SaaS Platform

We are looking for a true Orchestra Director - someone who leads, escalates early, mentors teams, and owns delivery end to end. ? LOCATION & REMOTE

• EMEA time zone required
• Remote work possible initially
• Long-term setup assessed case by case
• Openness to relocating to the Netherlands

? RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product
• Own deadlines, dependencies, risks, and escalation
• Escalate hot topics immediately - no surprises
• Mentor teams and enforce accountability
• Proactively request resources when delivery is at risk
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication

• Proven PM experience in AI, complex SaaS, or cloud-native platforms
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Agile methodologies, Jira or similar tools
• Familiarity with SOC, ISO 27001, and IT governance
• Scale-up mindset (or corporate background + strong motivation to leave the corporate world)
