The Art of Living in Spain, an international real estate, lifestyle and wellness company, creates distinctive residential and hospitality projects within Altaona Sports & Wellness Resort, designed for an international audience seeking quality, design and experience.

As part of our growth and innovation strategy, we are looking for an AI Creator / Developer to help us design, build and scale AI-powered solutions across the company. This is a key role at the intersection of technology, creativity and business, with real impact on how we operate, communicate and grow.

Your responsibilities: AI strategy & development (core role)

• Design, build and implement AI-driven solutions for marketing, sales, operations and internal processes.
• Develop AI assistants or agents, automations and workflows tailored to real business needs.
• Integrate AI tools and APIs (LLMs, image, video, voice and automation platforms) into existing systems and workflows.
• Prototype quickly, test ideas and scale the solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI applications.

Automation & workflows

• Create end-to-end automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, N8N, ad-hoc APIs and CRM integrations.
• Improve efficiency, speed and consistency across teams through AI-powered processes.
• Connect AI tools with platforms like HubSpot, email marketing systems, websites and internal tools.

AI for content, creativity & communication: implement AI solutions for:

• Content creation (text, image, video, audio).
• Creative ideation and concept development.
• Multilingual content and localization.
• Work with tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, OpusClip, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, ManyChat or similar.
• Support brand storytelling around real estate, lifestyle, wellness and the Mediterranean way of living through AI-enhanced content.

Collaboration & innovation

• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, real estate and management teams.
• Act as the internal AI reference, helping teams understand and adopt AI tools effectively.
• Stay up to date with AI trends, models and tools to continuously improve our capabilities.

• Experience: Proven experience as an AI Developer, AI Engineer, Automation Specialist or AI Creator.
• Strong experience with AI tools, LLMs (IA / Machine Learning) and APIs.
• Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), embeddings and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS and Chroma).
• Experience building automations and external APIs integrations.
• APIs & frameworks: OpenAI / Anthropic / Mistral / Azure OpenAI, LangChain / LlamaIndex, FastAPI / Flask.
• AI Expertise: Advanced, hands-on use of AI for real-world applications (not just experimentation).
• Business Mindset: Ability to understand business needs and turn them into scalable AI solutions.
• Languages: Spanish is required. Fluent English and other languages are a plus.
• Mindset: Proactive, curious and solution-oriented, comfortable working autonomously and proposing ideas.
