SAP EXPERT ENGINEER

You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, designing solutions to deliver a resilient, compliant, and high-performance SAP environment, and will contribute to global IT projects with our transformation to SAP S/4HANA.You will use your expertise to contribute to the team's success within a large and complex SAP implementations,design and architect solutions to deliver resilient, compliant and performant SAP Landscape.

What your responsibilities will be

• Providing direction and overwatching all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operations.
• Collaborate and provide support to a team of SAP experts, providing direction and overwatching all SAP Basis/SAP BTP operation.
• Design and implement high-performance technical solutions in SAP Basis/BTP.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in SAP Basis and BTP, ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing system upgrades, installations and configurations.
• Administer and optimize SAP landscapes for performance, security and stability.
• Promptly troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, driving compliance with company policies through regular system audits.
• Responsible for ensuring that all solutions within their technology area are delivered and maintained secure and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• At least 7 years of proven experience in SAP Basis and SAP BTP administration.
• Expert level BASIS, HANA, RedHat knowledge (preferably Pacemaker experience)
• Deep-rooted knowledge in SAP system administration, with specific expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA and SAP BTP
• S/4 experience including Fiori, embedded gateway, and technical conversions
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Outstanding leadership skills accompanied by first-rate communication and interpersonal abilities and a forward-thinking approach to technological innovation
