Solution Architect

At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Solution Architect to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (hybrid). Functions:

• Lead solution design for projects covering client portals, APIs, Applications, and assisted digital tools.
• Translate reference architectures into implementation-ready blueprints with engineering leads and product owners.
• Bring hands-on awareness of technologies such as React/Angular, micro-frontends, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven integration.
• Contribute to client service automation, workflow design, and orchestration to enable self-service and relational-manager assisted journeys.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance with architecture and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Client Data and Client Services streams to enable full integration of data and service capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams; perform architecture reviews and ensure alignment with the Client Centricity roadmap.

• Mid-senior: 8-12 years in solution or digital architecture roles within complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing client service automation and digital workflow integration.
• Strong technical understanding of client-centric solutions and technologies like React/Angular front-end frameworks, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Identity, user-management, CI/CD, Cloud/DevOps, and API management platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical delivery teams. Demonstrable analytical and organisational skills.
• Practical, hands-on approach to ensuring architectural integrity through delivery.
