CMS Support Developer (Web & .NET)

This is not a greenfield or architecture-heavy role. The focus is on maintaining and stabilizing existing applications.

Scope of Work:

The requested resources will support run and maintenance activities, including:

• CMS maintenance and support (Optimizely or comparable CMS platforms)
• Bug fixes and minor enhancements
• Content, template, and component updates
• UI fixes and small web changes (HTML, CSS, JavaScript / Angular)
• Supporting existing integrations and APIs
• Production support and incident resolution
• Applying patches, upgrades, and performance or accessibility fixes

• Experience supporting CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred, but Sitecore, Kentico, Umbraco, Drupal, WordPress, etc. are acceptable)
• Solid web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Angular experience is a strong asset)
• Familiarity with .NET / C# environments and working within established codebases
• Experience handling production support and maintenance work
• Comfort working from existing patterns, documentation, and processes
• Exposure to Agile teams and ticket-based work (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
