SAP Logistics Key User

As a SAP Logistics Key User, you will be a vital link between operations and systems in our dynamic Global Supply Chain environment. Working within a collaborative team of three, you will provide expertise in SAP processes, troubleshoot operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Supporting day-to-day logistics operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between systems and operations.
• Managing SAP processes and master data governance, ensuring data integrity and system functionality for optimal operational performance.
• Handling EDI connections with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to resolve issues and implement improvements for enhanced supply chain efficiency.
• Participating in process harmonization and continuous improvement projects that align with global supply chain strategies.
• Providing first-level support and training for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize systems and follow standardized processes.
• Representing operations in cross-functional projects and occasionally assisting with urgent order and shipment execution during peak periods., * Hybrid working: We encourage flexibility when it comes to when and where works gets done. • You have 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain environments with demonstrated SAP expertise.
• You possess practical knowledge of interfaces/EDI and understand how they integrate with operational processes.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and integrate complex processes.
• You communicate fluently in English, with French language skills being advantageous.
• You work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative after initial onboarding.
• You bring a positive, collaborative attitude with a strong team spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
